I found out of about this crypter from my friend. Then I decided to look more into it. The coder of this crypter is believed to be Demoni. I have heard about him before in hacking related forum.
This crypter is a combination of .net and autoit coding. Well it is a very creative idea i guess as the builder is .net file and the stub is native file (autoit).
The crypted file will give big size but the problem is solved by packing it with upx.
Type of protection used is NetSeal v2.
I managed to crack the crypter and tested all the features included in the crypter.
